About us
Marseille Gyptis International (MGI) was created in 1985 through the initiative of port professional associations from the port of Marseille-Fos with aim to create a unified IT system. The first Cargo Community System created was PROTIS which was set up in 1989.
Today with more than 20 years experience in the deployment of complex information systems for the logistics and freight transport industries, and our activities in France and abroad, have enabled us to emerge as a key player in the field of international trade.
The design, production and operation of the “PROTIS” then “AP+” made us acquire a complete strategic overview of the situation coupled with field experience meeting the needs of all logistics communities (ports, airports or multimodal hubs).
